Keep track of customers' orders efficiently and quickly by taking orders on this waiter order pad. This order pad has space for the table number, number of guests, and server name, as well as space to write the number of drinks, starters, mains, sides and desserts the table has ordered, which makes it easy for both the wait staff and kitchen staff to keep track of the entire order.

Order pads are an essential tool for any restaurant staff, as they ensure that orders are taken accurately and efficiently. This order pad measures 86 x 172mm, leaving plenty of room for the wait staff to write in any special instructions, such as allergies or intolerance. There are 10 lines to write orders on each page. These pads come in a pack of 10, plenty to last in busy locations.

There is room at the bottom of the order pad to write the time the order was taken, which is a bonus as it ensures the staff stay on top of orders and is aware of when the order was taken, so customers aren't waiting too long for their food and drinks.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
