This spoon is made of high-quality, long-lasting stainless steel that will last even in the busiest of kitchens as even a slight knock or bump won't easily damage it.
The long handle allows you or your visitors to easily grab the spoon while keeping their hands protected from any heat. When not in use, a hole at the very tip of the handle has been incorporated into the design to enable easy hanging. Because this serving spoon is constructed of stainless steel, it may be washed in the dishwasher; however, we recommend not soaking the spoon before washing it as this could damage the material over time. Alternatively, simply wash thoroughly in hot, soapy water and allow it air dry before using again.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.
