The Silverwood Party Croquembouche creates a spectacular showpiece that is sure to impress! Croquembouche, or ‘crunch in the mouth’ is a traditional French dessert comprising a deliciously decadent, towering stack of vanilla cream-filled profiteroles bound together by a cobweb of caramel. The mould measures 30 x 18cm.

The anodised ring combined with the easy release properties enables a simple and speedy removal of the baked goods with minimum damage to the edges. The food ring is handcrafted using traditional techniques and has been designed to last a lifetime. 60 profiteroles will cover the cone but the sky's the limit! Lightly greasing the anodised body will help to guarantee that your bakes will slide out with ease. 

The exceptionally strong, professional grade anodised Aluminium has easy-clean properties and will never warp, distort or rust. It is suitable for oven and freezer use. The heat spread technology in Silverwood bakeware spreads heat fast and evenly, producing the perfect bake in a reduced time.

After use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry. Although the mould is not dishwasher safe it is incredibly easy to clean.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
