All smoke free premises and vehicles need to display No Smoking signs that meet the requirements of the law. No Smoking signs make it clear which premises and vehicles are smoke free and demonstrate that you are taking the necessary steps to meet the requirements of the Smoke Free Law, which came into force in July 2007. This sign is updated to add the no vaping information as well.
The sign measures 150 x 200mm. Make it easy to inform customers that your establishment is smoke free and vape free, with the easy to understand symbol and text. By informing customers that your venue is smoke free, it reduces any potential confrontations between staff and customers as the smoke free sign leaves no room for misinterpretation.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.
