Dishwasher safe designed to stand up to regular dishwasher cycles without losing their colour or damaging the materials.
Heat resistant to safely hold hot liquids up to 230°F
Microwave safe and designed to be used time and again in the oven or microwave. The Cadix range has undergone a thermal treatment known as tempering to make them more durable.
Extra resistant to knocks and shocks the Cadix range is up to three times more resistant than products of comparable thickness. Ideal for use in busy restaurants, cafes and catering businesses.
The Cadix design employs its charming drape effect on a generously proportioned plate, which seems to spin on its own, leaving a petticoat effect in its wake. The Cadix collection stands proudly on its own or combines with any other style of plate, which it accompanies beautifully.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.
