Terra Porcelain's undefined beauty is crafted through natural effects and spontaneous reactions which occur in the kiln. A unique glaze formula, combined with high temperature firing, results in no two pieces looking exactly alike with colour intensity variations from piece to piece, creating a truly distinctive look.
The Terra Porcelain range conforms to BS4034 for vitrified hotelware which is a quality standard for durability in use. It means that the range is designed to withstand the knocks and bangs which come from a busy service in a hectic commercial kitchen.
The platter is designed with rolled edges to ensure durability and functionality in a hotel, restaurant or food service application.The edge aids in chip resistance as well as high temperature firing. Fired at 1320 degrees C each piece is strong and durable.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.
