Lyonnaise shaped pan design

The shape of the pan helps food to slide easily onto the plate. Fish can easily break up when been lifted out of the pan especially if it’s a delicate fish like pan fried cod. The lyonnaise shape of the pan means that you can slide the cooked fish directly from the pan to the plate.

Non-stick frying pan

The pan has 5 layers of professional quality non stick coating. Designed for heavy use it ensures optimal ‘slip’. This means you don’t have to worry about the skin or delicate flesh of your fish sticking to the bottom of the pan. You can be sure you dish looks the best it can when presented on the plate.

Induction frying pan

Made from extra thick aluminium for excellent heat distribution the pan heats up quickly and evenly. To make the pan induction friendly it has a AISI 304 ferritic stainless steel base. You can use the pan on a gas hob, electric hob or an induction hob.

Oven safe

The pan can go into the oven for up to 10 minutes at temperatures up to 200 degrees C. Perfect for created the finishing touch to your dish creating a perfectly cooked flesh or a perfect sauce. The handle is coated in an epoxy resin which is resistant to heat for great flexibility in the kitchen.

Colour coded handle

Designed to be used in a professional kitchen the handle has a blue epoxy coating to signify fish. Keeping allergens separate is essential in any kitchen to ensure the safety of diners. Allergies to seafood can be severe and keeping seafood separate from other dishes is imperative.

From a taste perspective fish can also have a strong flavour. No-one wants a chicken breast cooked in a pan that has just cooked fish. Transfer of flavours wouldn’t make for a good tasting finished dish.

The French style curved easy grip handle makes handling the frying pan easy. No more twisted wrists while trying to lift a heavy pan.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
