The Cooksmill red handled 6.5” (19cm) cooks knife is for use with raw meat. Colour coded kitchen knives prevent cross contamination between cooked and uncooked foods as well as allergens. The red cook’s knife can be used for slicing chicken fillets, dicing beef or cubing lamb as well as many other kitchen tasks.
