The Cooksmill blue handled 5” (12.7cm) scalloped utility knife is for use with raw fish. Colour coded kitchen knives prevent cross contamination between cooked and uncooked foods as well as allergens. The blue utility knife can be used for removing the skin and scales from fish fillets or portioning fish as well as many other kitchen tasks.

A scalloped utility knife is useful in all commercial kitchens. The knife has a pointed tip for precision cutting along with a scalloped blade which prevents fish from adhering to the blade making it ideal for delicate preparation work. The Cooksmill utility knife is made with a hard wearing stainless steel blade with excellent cutting performance and sharp edge retention. The blue plastic handle is ergonomically designed to be comfortable to handle with an excellent grip protecting you from the blade.

Cooksmill colour co-ordinated chopping boards are also available to ensure complete food safety. These are available in high density chopping boards for the busy commercial kitchen and low density coloured chopping boards. Using colour coded chef knives together with their corresponding boards helps to prevent potentially harmful bacteria from spreading across preparation areas.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
