A vital ingredient to many cocktails, fruit drinks and food dishes coconut cream is a popular and versatile ingredient.
Coco Lopez is naturally derived coconut cream made from sun ripened Caribbean coconuts which brings a genuine flavour to any drink or meal. It’s blended with natural cane sugar to give the perfect balance of sweetness.
Most famously Coco Lopez is used as a base for the perfect Pina Colada. It was created in 1954 by the inventor of Coco Lopez Don Ramon Lopez. The drink uses his creation as a creamy base to the cocktail.
To make the famous drink mix the following and blend until smooth.
- 60ml Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 60ml white rum
- 120ml pineapple juice
Serve in a beautifully shaped Pina Colada glass for the perfect presentation.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
