This Oval Eared Dish is ideal for oven and stove cooking, as the product can be taken from the oven to the stove and to the tabletop, without having to move the food from one cooking utensil to another.
The dish makes for an attractive centrepiece on a table, making it ideal for casseroles and other dishes that are typically cooked in the oven. The ease of moving the food from the oven to the table also reduces serving time. Also, the ears on the side of the dish make it easy to lift and carry.
It is recommended that you do not wash your dish in the dishwasher. Instead, clean the dish by washing it with warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive scourers as they may damage the enamel surface. Also, make sure the dish is dry completely before storing and stacking it with other pans to prevent rust.
The dish measures 240 x 48 mm, and the dish is 9.5” around.
