The Brass Sev / Murkul Maker Sancha Machine is an authentic and popular kitchen utensil used to make traditional Indian savoury snacks at home. It comes with 5 discs, allowing for a range of snacks to be made.

To use, screw in your chosen disc at the base and add your dough to the cylinder. Using the crank at the top, simply crank the machine until you see your dough come out at the bottom, in the shape of the disc.

Thanks to the range of discs and shapes available, a wide variety of snacks, both sweet and savoury can be made. It can also be used to make a range of pasta shapes, including fresh noodles and spaghetti.

The product is made from Brass, meaning it is a mixture of copper and zinc metals. Brass will eventually oxidise or tarnish when it makes regular contact with the open air and oxygen, turning the product green or black. To maintain the Brass product well, you can use a mix of vinegar and salt to clean the machine. Lemon and salt mixture can also be rubbed to clean the product.

The heavy-duty brass is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. With the mix of discs provided, and the expected long life of the product, it's a must-have for at-home chefs.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
