The company was established in 1945 when founders Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi first dripped the famous Vignola cherries into alcohol in order to preserve them. Since then, the company has massively expanded its catalogue of goods, to include the original fruits seeped in alcohol, syrups, toppings, garnishes, and other sweet treats to add to desserts.

From popular coffee syrups and beverage ingredients like vanilla, caramel and hazelnut, to dessert sauce flavours like chocolate, raspberry and toffee, Cooksmll stocks some of the tastiest of Toschi’s products. These syrups and dessert sauces can be used in coffees, milkshakes, ice creams, and an abundance of other desserts.
