Lincat offer a wide range of fryers from counter top models to prestigious models such as the FriFri and Opus 800 fryers. Counter top fryers offer flexibility while taking up the minimum space on your worktop. Single tank fryers are ideal for occasional use while twin tank models are perfect for cooking different types of food without flavour or allergen transfer. Lincat offer a broad range of free standing fryers including the 600mm deep Silverlink range and the 800mm Opus range. the Opus 800 and FriFri range offer optional gravity filtration capabilities, which can extend oil life up to 75%, resulting in the reduction of oil purchases and disposal costs.

Lincat’s holding and servery range is designed to ensure that your perfectly cooked food is attractively held and displayed in perfect condition until service. Bain maries can hold sauces and custards while hot cupboards can store whole plated meals ready for diners. Their range of ambient, heated and refrigerated merchandisers ensure food stays at the correct temperature for the customer to enjoy a warm sausage roll or a chilled drink.

Lincat’s water boilers ensure you have a ready supply of hot water on hand 24/7 to make tea, coffee and hot chocolate in seconds. Their automatic fill water boilers come with water filtration and a predictive eco setting that learns usage patterns and uses this to adjust the heat accordingly to save energy.
