Cooksmill Launch New Professional Stainless Steel Cookware

Professional stainless steel cookware is a must-have for commercial kitchens. Unlike other kitchenware and cookware items, the Cooksmill brand of professional stainless steel cookware has been designed and developed, especially with professional chefs and kitchens in mind.

Stainless steel is recommended for cookware. It is rust-resistant and stain-resistant and strong enough to last constant use at high temperatures.

Cooksmill boasts an impressive range of pans, suitable for everything from frying to oven baking. All of our professional stainless steel cookware is suitable for induction, gas and electric cooking.

Frying Pans

Our professional, stainless steel frying pans are great for whatever you want to fry or cook. We have both non-stick and regular frying pans, having one of each is recommended for busy kitchens that find themselves frying a range of dishes, from eggs to fish.

Non-stick frying pans are recommended for more delicate items, such as eggs, crepes, pancakes and fish. The non-stick surface will make it easier to flip and turn the food without tearing the fragile items.

Regular frying pans are best for searing and charring meat. They’re also better for acidic ingredients, like vegetables and fruit, as the acidity will eventually wear away at the non-stick coating and ruin it.

Casserole Pans

Casserole pans/dishes are one of the most versatile pieces of kitchenware that a cook can own. There’s almost no limit to what can be cooked with a casserole pan, from soups to stews to pot roasts and sauces, the only limit is the cooks' imagination!

Our casserole pans are great for kitchens that cook large batches of food. We have a range of sizes, from 3 litres to 113 litres. We also supply a lid with every pan, which is a great value for money compared to other brands, such as Genware, who sell the lid separately.

The thick base of the casserole pans ensures an equal heat distribution, which is a must-have for chefs cooking in professional kitchens, and are cooking larger than average food batches. They’re the best option for meatier dishes. Our casserole dishes also come with strong riveted handles, which means they can be confidentially carried around the kitchen, even when they’re full.

Stock Pots

At first glance, stock pots look very similar to casserole pans. However, the two are actually very different. They’re made for different dishes and purposes, which is why choosing the right one is so important.

Stock pots are for chefs that make soup, stock and other liquid-based dishes. The design of stock pots allows for the slow evaporation of liquids and allows solids, such as meat, bones or vegetables, to remain submerged for hours at a time, to extract the most flavour.

Stock pots are also great for certain Indian dishes, and other traditional dishes that need to be left to soak and simmer to reach their full flavour potential. Our stock pots also come with strong riveted handles, which means they can be confidentially carried around the kitchen, even when they’re full.

Saucepan

Saucepans are used for simmering and boiling small quantities of liquid. You can also prepare small quantities of soup, stew, gravy and custard in saucepans, making them highly versatile for kitchens that are constantly cooking a range of dishes. Saucepans are also great for the basics, like boiling water.

Similarly to our casserole pans and stock pots, our saucepans come with lids, making them a great value for money. The lids allow for the sauces to warm quickly while redistributing the heat inside the pan, cooking the sauce thoroughly without risk of burning.

Sauteuse Pan

Sauteuse is the French term for frying pan. Sauteuse pans are used for simmering, reducing, searing, sauteing and frying, making them the go-to pan for cooking in a range of different ways.

With a flat base and tall walls, sauteuse pans allow for a large liquid capacity, making them great for slow roasting. Sauteuse pans are ideal for chilli, soups and noodle dishes as all elements of the dish can cook thoroughly, while extracting the most flavour and reducing the risk of burning the food.
