Araven’s food transport containers enable you to transport foods while keeping them in perfect condition for your end customer. The ventilation hatch means that even foods with a high water content such as fruit and vegetables can be transported without condensation spoiling the quality of the produce.
Side fasteners ensure the lid stays closed during transport making the containers suitable for car, van or lorry transport. The food containers include a recess for content identification labels so the contents can be easily identified at the end of the journey.
Araven’s food transport containers come complete with colour clip to identify the contents of the box as poultry, red meat, vegetables, fruit, fish or allergen state. Ensuring the same product type always goes into the same container helps prevent cross contamination.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.
