Gas units feature Blue Seals unique Vee Ray technology which incorporates patented infrared burners for industry leading output and recovery. Features of the griddle include rear rollers, enamelled control panel, stainless steel grease drawer, stainless steel exterior plus an overlapping finish at the front and rear of the plate for easy cleaning. The leg stand, supplied with the griddle, has a framed top for connection to the griddle. It has 1.2mm stainless steel legs with two adjustable feet and two rollers at the rear.
