Do you struggle to get your pizza crusts to have the right texture and crisp finish? Well, you can now reach that goal with the Aluminium Pizza Pan Perforated 1" Deep / 11" Diameter.
If you and your customers desire a light and crispy pizza crust, a perforated pizza pan is the best solution. Because a smooth pan allows less heat to reach the pizza dough, the crust becomes considerably moister once cooked. In contrast, a perforated pan allows more heat to be transferred up and through the perforations into the dough, resulting in a thin and crispy pizza crust.
Unlike other materials, aluminium conducts heat quickly and evenly, allowing you to cook in less time while keeping consistent results. There's also no need to be concerned about the crust becoming soggy when the pizza is removed from the oven. Even when the pizza is resting, the perforations enable moisture to escape, preventing it from being absorbed back into the crust and keeping your pizza thin and crispy. The pan's walls keep the crust from overflowing, allowing the pizza to keep its distinctive shape while also minimising food waste.
Because dishwashers might cause the aluminium to corrode, it's preferable to clean it by hand. Simply wash with hot and soapy water and allow it to fully dry before stacking the pan within others of similar sizes in the kitchen cupboard.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
