Do you have trouble getting the perfect texture and crisp finish on your pizza crusts? With the Aluminium Pizza Pan Perforated 1" Deep / 12" Diameter, you can finally achieve that goal.

A perforated pizza pan is the perfect option if you and your customers want a light and crispy pizza crust. The crust gets significantly more moist whilst baking with a smooth pan as it allows less heat to reach the pizza dough. A perforated pan, on the other hand, allows more heat to be absorbed into the dough through the perforations, resulting in a thin and crispy pizza crust. Every time.

Aluminium conducts heat rapidly and evenly, unlike other materials, allowing you to cook in less time while maintaining consistent results.

There's also no need to worry about the crust being soggy when the pizza comes out of the oven. The perforations let moisture escape even when the pizza is resting, preventing moisture from being absorbed back into the crust and keeping your pizza thin and crispy.

The walls of the pan prevent the crust from overflowing, allowing the pizza to maintain its distinctive shape while reducing food waste.

Dishwashers can, unfortunately, corrode the aluminium over time so cleaning by hand is preferable. Simply wash with hot and soapy water and allow it to fully dry before stacking the pan within others of a similar size away in the kitchen cupboard, keeping your workspaces clutter free.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
