Are you considering adding pizza to your restaurant’s menu? Perhaps you already have pizza on the menu and they’re in high demand so you need to make more each day. Whatever the reason, the Aluminium Pizza Disc 15” is a highly useful piece of pizza equipment, welcomed in any restaurant or home.

The pizza disc is a versatile item, why not use it to cover your dough in the pan to help it prove and rise? The disc allows you to stack pans on top of one another after placing the dough in the pan, permitting you to prove multiple doughs at any one time. If you’re going to be using the disc for this method, always ensure your disc is 2”/50mm larger than the base of the pan.

The aluminium pizza disc can also be used to assist you with creating the perfect pizza shape. Great for beginners, before adding the toppings and placing it in the oven, simply spread the dough out on top of the disc to the appropriate size and thickness. Once the toppings have been added, the pizza disc can be placed in the oven to cook the pizza.

The aluminium distributes heat quickly and evenly, resulting in outstanding pizza every time, not to mention all the extra customers you’ll be able to serve due to all the dough you’ll have stacked up already proving and ready to go.

If you’re running low on crockery, don’t be worried. If necessary, you may also use the disc to slice or serve your pizzas on, speeding up your service and reducing clean up time. These discs can also be stored away easily. They can be stacked on top of one another or placed into a plate rack to stack vertically.

Washing aluminium in the dishwasher can cause damage, so hand washing is always recommended.

Always double check that your pizza disc is the correct size for your pizza pan.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
