The Aluminium Pizza Disc 11" is a very useful piece of pizza equipment for any restaurant, pub, or café that wants to add pizza to their menu.

The pizza disc can be used as a cover to help your dough rise and prove. If you're going to use the Disc for this method, make sure it's around 2"/50mm bigger than the base of your pan. When setting the bases of your pizzas in the pan, the disc allows pans to be stacked on top of one another, saving you room around the kitchen and allowing more than one dough to rise at any one time.

After the dough has risen, the aluminium disc can be used to help shape the dough. Simply stretch the dough out on top of the disc before adding your toppings and place it into the oven. The aluminium disc transfers heat quickly and evenly, assisting to help make the perfect pizza, everytime. Not to mention, how many more customers you will be able to serve because of all the extra rising dough you have ready to go.

Running low on plates in your busy pizza place? Don’t be worried, if necessary you could always serve or slice your pizzas on the discs to speed up service and reduce cleaning up time for you and your staff that want to get home after a busy day of making delicious pizzas. These discs can also be stored away easily. They can be stacked on top of one another or placed into a plate rack to stack vertically.

Hand washing is always recommended because washing aluminium in a dishwasher can damage the discs.

Always double check that your pizza disc is the correct size for your pizza pan.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
