The 16” Aluminium Pizza Cover will assist you in both organisation and flawless dough proving.

A pizza cover will keep the air out of the dough, allowing the yeast to work its magic and raise the dough.

The cover is placed on top of the dough pan with the help of the indented rim to trap the dough inside and allow the yeast fermentation to begin. Because of the indented groove around the rim of the cover, it also allows you to stack more than one of these on top of each other and have more than one dough rising at any one time. The handy little indent ensures that ones stacked on top of each other will not slide off.

Not to mention the fact that this method allows you to have multiple doughs rising at the same time, cutting down on prep time and resulting in you being able to service your customers much faster once the dough has proven.

Save your counter space too! When you’re finished using your Pizza covers, their size and design make them very easy to store away. Simply stack them on top of one another, or on their sides in a plate rack.

Washing aluminium in a dishwasher can damage the covers, therefore washing by hand is always suggested.

Please note: these pizza covers are designed to match our pans specifically and you must buy the same size pan.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
