The Aluminium Karahi & Lid is sure to be a welcomed addition to any busy commercial kitchen. Large in size and made from tough, durable aluminium. This is a go-to for Indian tableware.
Karahi (also known as Kadai or Kadhai) is a traditional pan (similar to a wok) that is commonly used in Asian cooking. India and Pakistan, in particular.
A strong and durable aluminium pan, similar to a wok but with a flatter base to ensure a more even heat distribution to its contents and quickly; this means less cooking time for you or your chefs and less chance of burning any food or hotspots occurring, allowing you to spend more time with your diners.
The pan has been designed to allow you to ensure all of the ingredients can be easily combined together. Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.
